Make 5 chains. Turn. Start 2nd chain, make ( 1hdc, hdc*2, 1 hdc, 3 sc). Continue crochet another side of the foundation chain (1 hdc, hdc*2, 1 hdc, 3 sc)
Note: hdc*2 = (hdc2tog) = decrease 2 stitches (join the next 2 stitches into 1)
Cut yarn and leave a long tail for sewing.
